I'm new to this site and I got my first Volvo yesterday. Actually, it is a hand-me down since my parents upgraded to a new Volvo - AWD S60 Turbo. I got the 1995 850 SE. Drove it up from Sydney to the Gold Coast (Australia). Over a 624km segment of the journey, I got 12.6km/Litre (country roads and highway). It has 344 thousand KM on the clock. I think the handling is amazing for what are essentially stock tyres. It's a very impressive car when you learn how to drive it how it wants to be driven.
