Turbo timer install was the easiest thing ever. Also one of the coolest things I've seen. Hoses *should* get here tomorrow and the foglights have been tinted and reinstalled. Pics to follow.
The Odometer on my 94 850T quick working sometime ago, although the electronic mileage still worked. I found the gear in the odometer was missing a tooth. This is a common problem. I found the part at www.ipdusa.com (a Volvo & Suburu specialist) for $50. The best part was the instructional DVD, it's was a Very helpful, Step by step guide on removing the Instrument cluster & replacing this TINY $50 part.

Last Wednesday evening I finished the turbo conversion on the V70R. After some initial test runs the wastegate wasn't working properly. Car went in to fail safe much to quick. Yesterday I drove the car to RICA HQ in the Netherlands, a 135 mile drive for me. Traffic was extrem and it took me a long time to get there. There was a major computer crash in what is believed to be the hart of the Dutch railroad system. During the morning the public railroad systems went flat so every commute decided to
put a new O2 on the estate this weekend. purely preventative. smoothed out the idle. mileage is up a few mpg. still hasn't fixed timing pull at higher RPM. Saw "Off the Map" this weekend at the UCI indy theater. One of the best movies I have seen in some time. The Pacific looked like a bathtub on Saturday, it was amazing. But the waves stunk.

This blog feature is sorta cool. Anyways, *hopefully* by hte end of the week I'll have my intake in. Still waiting for the Samco hose kit, bah, but staying out of boost probably keeps me out of trouble. Turbo timer is a possibility in the near future along with my finally installing the A/F ratio gauge from my old car.
