Radio Lock Code Volvo S70

  • Hey folks, after my 1998 S70 had some electrical problems related to the battery fixed, my radio locked itself and doesn't work anymore. My local dealer wants to charge me for a simple lookup, so I figured I'd try here.

    My radio is an SC-813 with the serial V01030 V8050603C.

Open your glove box and look on the outside sides and all over for a white sticker with a sequence of numbers on them. Also there should be a card in your owners manual with the radio code on it. Or maybe the previous owner wrote it somewhere in the owners manual. Good Luck!
