Very lowered White V70 (r? t5?) with black wheels and dark tints. Headlights and Tail lights smoked too (I think) and exhaust system for sure. Rolled by my house in the middle of the sticks in Tolland Ct. While I was looking out the window while taking a Marketing Final lol.

Shoot, that's true, I forgot about the rivets. Maybe the guy can jack it up so I can get those out.

I've never looked at the x70 bumper to remove it, but will the bolts be pretty noticeable when I'm looking at it?

Yes you will see them. Their the biggest bolt holding part of the bumper cover but also another problem might be that the foglights might be in the way of the bolt. So you might have to remove the fog lights to get at them.

Where are the 2 bolts? Can I reach them with the car on the ground and the wheels on it?

The bolts are right about where the fog lights would be. You can either have a really long extension or just go through trim whole in the bumper. And yes you can get them with the car on the ground but rivets might be hard to get out with the wheels on.
