Lol did aaron tell you about the 4g63 fully swapped power train and drive train into the volvo that he did?
This thread is useless without pictures. :P
-
Tim you should do an off the wall swap, LS-X are so yesterday. Here is a link for a 4g63T into a RX7 tranny, the T2 tranny is the same as a FD tranny. They use the same clutch kit, plus you wouldn't have to sway out half of the drive train. You would need to pick up the bell housing from a B2600 truck tranny, new clutch kit, and a full mitsu motor, preferablly a Evo 9 mivec engine, best of the 4g63, stock turbos are pushing 400 awhp on pump.

Easily under 5K for a full swap, in fact I saw a Evo 9 complete motor for 1500 on C.L. last month DO IT

Sweet so its up and running, did you get a T welded on for the IAC valve or just turn up the idle manually.
Is the motor brand new parts wise, like new bearings, pistons, rings etc?

Give it hell danny

Lol thanks for the advice michelle
Son, ok Tim here is what you do. Pulled the rubber elbow of off the turbo inlet duct right in front of the compressor housing. That way you are not recycling all the blow by from the PVC back into the exhaust. Its part of the flame trap system. Or you go pop of the spark plug cover and pull it there, and put the cover back on. Guaranted to pass everytime., the batlwgn was dumping major smoke and we still passed.
