    we americans can't charge alot for our cars because in many cases the foreign car runs about 2x as long at 1/2 the price (depending on the car of course).  cars are cheap because they have to compete, but if we drill our own oil and sell it to ourselves, it could be a potential Bush-opoly :lol: don't take me too seriously guys, just how i feel.

    I'm the first person to vote no?!? screw wastin time and money drillin for oil, spend the money on finding ALTERNATIVES to gasoline.  The only reason we still use gasoline cars is because automakers and oil companies have their fingers in all kinds of projects across the globe.  It's all about the profits baby  :P

    edit: also, seeing as how american made goods usually cost 2x as much as foreign goods, i bet a gallon of "clean good American oil" would cost alot more than that "dirty Iraq oil".  Thats because Iraqi workers get paid very little to pump oil in comparison to an american oil driller.  If you pay your employees more, you gotta jack up the price to cover your profits.

    by your theory, american cars would be 2x as much as european cars.....

    Iraq was a non-islamic state? oh, I forgot... they're a bunch of Christians over there.

    so when Iraq is able to take it's young democracy and stand on it's own... how does the US benefit from it's oil? or how is the US benefitting from Iraqi oil now? how is Bush?

    explain to me how does one man fool congress both major parties brittain and all of us into going to war when it is really just for oil?

    Espeacially a president who is said to be sooo "stupid!"

    NEWSFLASH: Even bush has admitted there are NO hard ties between Iraq and 9/11. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/3118262.stm  So is Bush lying then?  The 9/11 panel found no ties http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/artic...-2004Jun16.html, http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/5223932.  However Saudia Arabia has hard ties to 9/11, terrorism and Bin Laden but Bush has chosen to pardon them for some reason.  There was no insurgency in Iraq until we invaded.  We have taken a non-islamic state and turned it into a haven for radical islamists to live and attack our troops.

    Saying that Bush has wasted their lives is not stupid.  It is the truth.  They died because Bush couldn't just admit he wanted to invade Iraq for its oil.  Bush can keep on waffling on his reason for going to war but it doesn't make any of the reasons right.  A real leader can admit they have made grave mistakes and misjudgements.

    Wow! I can't believe that there are still people hung up on this. If we invaded Iraq for the oil then whre is it? Why are gas prices so high still? Why aren't oil tankers leaving Iraq for the us everyday then? You are one stupid chick!

    George Bush told us we were going to Iraq because he was a threat to our country, and that he supported Al Qaeda. Well, they haven't found the WMD's he told us Iraq had (and that John Kerry was told Iraq had). Still no ties to Al Qaeda either. What ever you want to go to war for, just monkeyin say it. Don't lie and then go "Whoop, bad intel. Sorry folks!"

    I thought Iraq was a country not a person! ;)
