unfortunately most of my best friends are phone calls.

we all have kids, sports, travel. to go to a bar and have fun is rare now. last weekend we had a get together with 5 other couples. we played board games and the kids played downstairs. we were home by 10.00.

now its bigger things. when i'm in town for work, i'll call a bud and go to dinner. i have reports and crap to do at night. so i'm back early generally..

next monday i have a trade show in balitmore, i'm heading down sun night and going to dinner with my college roommate.

if you see me posting i'm generally in my office, if i'm in my office i'm doing work. that means if you see a post at 10.30pm i'm working on quotes, bids, programs etc.

weekends are booked with soccer, basketball, swimming. i have every weekend until mid may booked already with crap.

Travapalooza is booked as well, right?

I saw a TB member's car in a parking lot last week. Since it was overnight parking, I really wanted to go buy some duct tape (already had zip-ties) and leave them a VS message, but I was too tired to be bothered.

Maybe next time.

They've been looking at doing more with turbos for a while. There was talk about bringing the SVO back, which still may happen but with this engine rather than the 4 cyl Lima block from the original SVOs and turbo coupes.

is this a POS? i decided i want a radar detector and i'm looking for one that's kinda cheap but not really shitty. i kinda wanna get a V1 but it's too expensive. i'm looking to keep it under 200. i know you get what you pay for but i'm sure there are some decent ones for a nice price.

I definitely would not get a Whistler. I haven't seen anything under that brand that I liked.

You can get a Bel Vector 955 on ebay for just over $100 and it'll be much nicer.
