so this was a first. I am working at home so I went to the local subway for lunch. I asked for a 6" Sweet Onion Teriyaki on Wheat.... well she pulled out a footlong and cut it on half on the metal counter... and then put it on the white counter without paper... so I asked her to put a new piece on the clean paper and not on the counter with no paper... she said what (in Indian) and I told her again slower... she got another footlong wheat and did the same thing... i told her again. then she threw the bread at me! I was like WTF... so the manager from the back came out and I told her what I wanted... apartently they have been doing the no paper thing all day and the original woman was asked to go in the back... lol wtf so gross not to put it on clean paper... sandwich is good though :)

Ok, need some advice lol (but I think I know the answer) I was on the original lease of the house I am in now.... since then a NEW lease has been signed with me and 3 more new roommates. Well a number of things have gone wrong with the old house and now the landlord says I am still under the "original master" lease that was signed at the beginning and not the new one. Does this sound fishy? She says that I did not give her 2 months notice that I was moving out (as the original lease says but the new one signed 6 months ago says I give her one months notice) she she wants to take my security deposit. well my question is... the original master lease is m00t right? since a new lease was signed with 3/5 people being new and signing? She also said the basement flooded because the gutters were not cleaned by us... but no where in the lease does it say that we are obligated to do lawn work and does not say that she will do the lawn work. wtf

Yeah I agree... I found the old lease last night that we signed in Sept 2006 which did state we must keep the lawn clean and the gutters clean... but the new lease which was signed Oct 2008 which had myself and one other original guys on it with the new 3 roommate signing should void and null the original 2006 lease right? even though two of us are still there? We found a section of the new lease that states that that if the old lease is still viable it should be attached to the new lease when it is signed.... but it was not. I just do not want to leave the house (which I am June 24th) and her sue me for something that is not in the lease. At least I got half my Security deposit back already HOLLER!

I agree. I am so glad I can get out of that house... now I am going to live with the soon to be wife... thank goodness
