You own a high HP car with less than yet to be determined mileage standards for used cars your gonna pay a additional carbon tax. This thing is nuts and those that are pushing for it. Just as a heads up paid subscriptions are currently not avaliable. Paypal changed their API and the automatic system we had stopped working. I am trying to sort this out as I can. I did verify with paypal today that they API did change, though I am a little pissed there was not an announcement. Evaluating the new API now and hope to integrate it shortly.
