such a rebel!
Woot, 3 1/2 mile jog and run, after a 1 mile walk and other exercises. wanted to do 6 but apparently wife is really into the show Face Off and the season final started at 10 so had to cut the work out short.
Getting in shape and loosing weight.
So far its 11 lbs in 6 days without dieting... Probably drop more if I cut the diet soda and pasta.
Went from nothing, to working out every day twice, morning and night.... first day was killer but now the rhythm is there.
