  1. the bars are pointing down....
  2. whats up with the handlebars? broken stem clamp bolt?
  3. I'm with Zappo...Ultegra on the Lemond. The most important thing (to me) is comfort and feel, and if you feel the Lemond does that for you, then get it. Parts are replaceable for upgrades...D/A shifters, etc. QUOTE (matt b @ Mar 21 2008, 03:36 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>rough times and some pavement kissing, cat. 5 races are a mess. ...oooh the memories... he's fine...its not going anywhere. chains are nto supposed to be tight.
  4. godammitt Rob...I'm laughing my ass off!!1111111!!
  5. I do like the ride of the Orbea....but after 2.5 hours is hurts my ass I love the Gunnar...the frame taked the edge off just enough. The Orbea is on eeebay starting at 300 frame, fork and integrated headset bearings, and seat clamp.
  6. Nice to see a lot of nice bikes on here. Here are mine. The latest edition is this orange Gunnar Roadie frame. I am currently selling the orbea, and swapped all the parts over to the Gunnar. Orbea stripped Gunnar Roadie: (still undergoing stem position testing) I also have a Gunnar cyclocross bike: ..And a lot of you already know the Bridgestone: Not pictured are a MASI Gran Corsa frame, my second road bike I purchased back in the day, which still has to get both seatstays replaced and paint/decal work, and a DeRosa Giro D'Italia which I gave to my father to ride. ..And in case you guys can't tell, I'm a big fan of steel frames. :)
  7. ive seen you on there already...
  8. this is looking great Greg...I can't wait to see it at Carlisle. PM me your address...I got something to send you!! (no joke!)
  9. Awesome Greg. Looks you're having some fun with that little car. Very nice micrometer kit, by the way. Which car will you bring to Carlisle?
  10. if I post more, will you spank again? My father was with the aircooled when he first moved to the U.S. He somehow figured out how to put 1800cc (?) heads on a 1300cc beetle. broken cranks were a monthly occurence, i think , because of the early bolting design/pattern...not really too sure.
  11. 95 in a 55 87 in a 55 45 in a 25 83 in a 55 41 in a 25 that was 4 years ago in my VW...in about 3 years of ownership. gotta pay to play. You can also get a lawyer....here they chareg around 100-150, show up as many times as needed, and usually wave the fine (or its minimal). At least you dont get the points on your license, and your insurance will not increase as much. Also depends on your previous record....if the judge sees you were a speeder...bad news.
  12. how long did this car run until it blew...?
  13. i dont really think I care about signatures too much. As someone mentioned..lots of boards dont even allow pictures, and are limited to 50 characters.
