i attempt to trick myself sometimes. I split/chop wood for a couple of hours and it hurts my body after. But then i can tell myself that... hey, its b/c i was just out doing the wood for winter, and for some reason it makes me feel better that its just normal b/c i was doing alot of work. I dont do any pain meds b/c im wierd that, first part of my life i went to the dentist without the needle or gas (i have changed that over the years lol). Before you guys judge, the time before climax i dont feel any pain and its great. Try to replicate that as much as possible (through women that is).

not to compare to your horrible back problems. But for along time i have had back problems, i find a good hot bath, mixed with extreme cold has helped alot. I sleep with the temp at 15c with just tshirt and boxers and ice packs around the areas that have constant pain. Its the change in temp when i go for that hot shower or bath to that region that seems to atleast make it feel better for awhile.

this is why i mostly build myself, b/c i dont know half tthe time what im getting when i dont.

i usually see people attempt the ebrake and then cant get it off lol. some places dont even test it b/c they dont want the problem of it getting stuck.

i was actually referring to the cold thing mentioned? not that i really figured the back pain. Ive have been getting approx 4 hours a day, so i wanted to try anything to assist in sleeping. Was looking into oxygen, some people claim it does wonders.
