  1. i have to agree with BoxLover, although lots of people have them on the board, i NEVER see them on volvos around here. i mostly see the plastic hubcaps, yuck. and of all the volvo rims i lke them the best. i also have a set of akkris. BoxLover: btw i painted my calipers Red although i really liked your nautica blue idea. yellow was my second choice, being colorblind it stands out for me, red doesn't much.
  2. best thing about pegs are they really show off your calipers if you've painted 'em or got a big brake kit. besides that the simple contours are irresistable (which is why i got them) :)
  3. QBM endlinks are the third set of endlinks i've had on my car with aftermarket swaybars. and they are like TEN times better than the others. if you're thinking about - PLEASE JUST GO FOR IT! Your car will love you for it.

  5. they're OEM parts. they fit without drilling, bending, or any modification. all parts are included except tranny oil. i don't do the work for personal reasons.
  6. i had EVOLVE's installed last year sometime. i had almost immediately planned to replaced them with the QBM parts, but i had them bought and installed by the time i learned QBM had a part to fit my car. i figured the EVOLVE's would last long enough for me to get time to have them replaced. never bothered to take it up with EVOLVE, not worth my time. turned out to be more than 1/2 a year to get them both replaced. i would definately recommend putting QBM endlinks in.
  7. the rear set didn't fit the P2 suspension correctly, you couldn't set then so they didn't rub against the lower control arm. luckily the aluminum shaved off quickly. i replaced those several months ago. on the front ones the hiem joints loosened up and started clicking. once they were replaced with the QBM endlinks the suspension is much tighter. the evolves were tight in the begining, but they just didn't last. i've only had them on for 8 months or so.
  8. I just got my AT cooler installed. not available from Volvo in the US; this OEM part is nonetheless a drop in upgrade for domestic models. also painted my grill up, and got my EVOLVE front endlinks replaced with QuickBrickMotorsports (like the rear). suspension is nice and tight again!
  9. we're doing fine over on swedespeed.
  10. IMHO the more i see big wheel (even on big vehicals) the more i hate them. anything over 18 inch on a sedan is ugly. so go for it.
  11. well, that's some awesome intercooler there! great looking job on that 242. nice too see fresh suspension work too! edit: needless to say "I want it!" WOW! that IS sweet!!!!
  12. yup see it now. honestly i don't look at anything more than the text of websites... my bad, i'm just not looking. edit: hrm everyone has a garage button even if they don't have one, i suppose it would be more obvious if only people with them had the button... but that's problably way too much work/load to do.
  13. that would be great, but i don't see that. do you? maybe i didn't turn something on or i'm not looking. edit: oh, it's that button [GARAGE]. oh well... easy to miss.
  14. I like this 'garage', good stuff! Thanks! Sky don't forget to link to your garage in your sig!
