  1. Wow, this is an amazing project. I agree on the cream yellow paint job. What would really be cool is if you got it all built up the way you wanted it, then took the time to strip the car down for a real rust protection/fix and prep/paint the car empty. Reassemble it and you've got one major show car there.
  2. Well, these bolt up to all P2 cars, so maybe any P2 spindle attempt should be worth it.
  3. B)--> QUOTE(Plan B @ Sep 17 2006, 06:08 PM) ←Ummm..hello..................IPD does CLICK IT IPD sells CJ's brackets, which only work with 993TT calipers. The 850/x70 brackets made to fit the S60R/V70R brembo front calipers were made by someone across the pond. Not available in the US, AFAIK.
  4. It's your car, so if you like the color sweet. Besided the yellow on my wagon, I like metallic pewter and pearl white as my 2nd and 3rd choices. Not a big fan of blue. But 2-3k, Darn! Awesome deal even if you did the labor of stripping and prepping.
  5. so how much did this run you? Looks pretty effin sweet, though I'm not too big on exterior color choice.
  6. Man, so much kung fu suckage. HERE, I fixed it i know it looks high now, but thats probably because there is abosolutly NOTHING in the car. it will settle much lower. custom dual exhaust bumper.. we got the side moldings and bumper moldings painted also. re-painted the bottom of the dash grey.. and the top black 850 side steps.. new back rotors front rotors carbon fiber dash mesh grill shaved door handle kit and S.S brake lines ceremic pads the two tone seats..
  7. use the img tag a diff way ["img"]url["/img"] Get rid of the quotes in my example and you got it working.
  8. Haha, I'd love to come this to this one. I just gotta make sure I'll be around to attend.
  9. Nice turnout. Jeremy, your car looks so badass
  10. those are not Medusa wheels. They're 2007 C70 spec, and the name of them is evading me. EDIT: I believe they're called Mirzam (18" x 8")
  11. That rear fender is friggin THICK! Baseball bat will minimally roll it. Get a grinder/dremel and cut the liner and lip a bit. See if that works. If that doesn't, proceed with baseball bat and a towel. Be careful, though. If you crack your paint you'll get rust.
  12. Brake cleaner, let it soak, compressed air. Repeat. Then Soap and warm water with an air hose. That's what I did, and it cleaned out real well.
  13. You won't get away with anything more than 20mm on the front EVEN with rolling the fenders. It's a tight fit in there, BUT they do look good.
  14. Larry, didn't you have the Volvo 320mm front upgrade? What did you do with it if you did?
  15. You have the headlight/wiper trim piece that goes below the headlamps? I'm interested in them.
  16. I took off the bleeder nipples, pistons, and seals from the calipers. The large bolts that hold the halves together stayed and painted (thats how they are stock, and that's how Porsche does it). Rebuilding a 4 pot caliper is pretty simple. For the general public, I'd rate it a 5 on (1 being easy like headlight bulbs, 10 being an engine rebuild). A write up for the caliper rebuild is coming.
  17. It was a great deal, wasn't it? you still have no idea, though :)
  18. Redid them, so I was able to take photos. Added pictures.
