Canik TP9 SA is like $300 or $400 you know and its a great 9mm, but its full size. If you want a compact the sig 320 is pretty good too.

Nah your not alone. I'm rockin a single core amd with windows xp sp3 still. I want to go to win7 cos thats what I use at my office but I am gonna go for a quad core build soon. It's so hard to work up the motivation to "upgrade" when I power on and get to my desktop in ~40 seconds.

played halo reach beta for the first time today. not sure what i think. has anyone else here played? what are your thoughts?

It's pretty good, but its a beta and there is alot wrong with it. So far I dislike how they changed the physics to the warthog AGAIN... also the banshee is an utter mess to fly now it sucks so bad it shouldn't be able to fly, coupled with how locked down the ceilings are to the maps its in... horrible. Also the fact you have to switch between fuel rod and plasma cannon is kinda stupid too. I also don't know if I like it taking multiple grenades to take out the warthog ( I can understand it for a tank though) There also needs to be more weapons to pick up on the levels too. I think a really cool idea they missed out on was spending your points you earn in a match to purchase the ability to customize your starting weapon load out. There is alot of good in the game but there is also so much fail. The beta gets a 3 out of 5 from me.

No I mean changing in your datalog. When the MAF goes to 100%, if you enter say 5 degrees in all of the RPM bins at 100, the timing should stay flat at 5 degrees but it's all over the place. Look at 4500 rpm and 5500rpm. There is a blip in the timing and a corresponding blip in the afr. That should not be happening.

Yup there is definitely a greater issue there. Its difficult to tell what it could be though....

what about changing the fuel load % not the table values or would that not help the areas that are rich as all hell?. Looking over the maps they seem in good order and as I currently understand things I couldn't recommend anything else

I don't know how much air you're going to be pushing out the exhaust side with the high exhaust manifold pressure from such restrictive manifolds/turbines. If anything, you're going to get more reversion. This is probably what kills a lot of the engines on here... exhaust gas goes back into the chamber, things get too hot and detonation starts. Not to mention the small compressors are usually out of their efficiency range, adding to the heat.

The only time I've heard of exhaust going back in is when the intake opens when the exhaust isn't closed. This can be found here

Exhaust can't go back into the chamber because its getting forced out. Also, remember the turbocharger is getting pressed on by the exhaust gas but it also makes it a one way trip for exhaust flow.

That's really interesting. I guess I know a little more about them now...I think. Without that tool, how do you know how much a degree is? Are there grooves or something when you adjust them cams?

Where in your power band benefited most from those settings? And would those be the same general settings for an 850?

I wouldn't touch the cams without a tool that will tell you the degrees. Hussein said that those are stock settings, so with that info N/A cams have a longer duration so that means he would see his power band moved higher up in the rpms.

As far as addiction goes, it's a mind thing. Yea, some things are chemically addictive, but THC/Marijuana/Pot is not.

ugh really dood, pole has more tar then cigarets, thc doesnt kill you yes, but smoking period is not good for you, and also there have been studies that show the fact that smoking pole causes brain damage over a period of time. it is a FACT that if you take an adult who has smoked pole habitually for a decade and compare them to a non smoker, the NON SMOKER will be in better health AND upon a mri the non smoker will have more activity in the brain. Obveously its not going to take a math genius and turn him into a retard. My point is IT IS BAD for you. Though I will agree there are alot worse things out there, we dont need the whole ""pole didnt kill anyone"" speech also you cannot say that pole is or is not addictive, there is no proof it is or isnt.

both pole and alcohol cause sever long term health problems. both are dangerous to you and people around you. ie second hand smoke, or drunk driving. I'm tired of seeing stoner rhetoric about pole isnt as bad or whatever the case.

PS. I will agree in some cases alcohol can be more dangerous.

There were some guys at a store by us that priced down a $6k ticket to $600!

There was also a girl at a different store by us that sold $99 PS3 to about 5 of her friends. She thought she would be slick if she just quit and severed all communication with the store. Too bad she forgot about her mom as an emergency contact! The store director chatted with her mom and gave her a chance to return all the PS3s or face prosecution.

Not sure if our store has yet to be audited, or ours just wasn't as off as those ones, but nothing happened to anyone.

lolol an old manager of mine from the CCITY days got busted on taking good items and bumping them to the defective shippments and then returned them as anomalous items for cash, he made out with 10k plus several products till my friend there had a "feeling" and had corporate tap into the data- catch system and watched him steal about 5k worth of stuff LOLOLOLOLOL
