  1. oh i am late to the party, congrats Jeremy! 80% of the site lurkers probably are still trying to figure out who Jeremy is..... I thought his name was Pat
  2. i forgot to add one piece ...... the business set up in the states would have to "purchase" the items first... although you would purchase them from yourself at a much lower rate than you were really selling them for. Therefore there is still a paper transaction. your income will be too low to be taxable. It's taken from international business practice.... most big businesses have shell companies in countries that have low to no sales tax rates, therefore can be re-purchase by the U.S. company at a lower taxable cost.
  3. i'm kind of thinking out loud here but: you get a license to operate in a state.... not license your business in the state. then set up a bank account in montana or something..... since the U.S. cannot obtain that information like your government can from ebay they cannot generate a number for your revenue. This said the U.S. Government cannot audit your small business since your actually based in another country. and on the flipside you can show your government that the company is actually operated within another country and all revenues are held in that country. I have some more thoughts... but no time right now to type them
  4. I wish i could read and understand arabic culture more...... because i don't think i can fully grasp what they take in just by reading a translation. it's really got me thinking now...... i mean... as a percentage the Quran has more violence per page than the bible, and "in translation" seems to advocate more violence directly. What i wonder is if the Bible was translated to Arabic, would they see in the bible what we see in the Quran?
  5. hmmm... interesting, could you just get a bank account and business license in the nearest state?
  6. well since the feds are probably monitering my computer for searching that......... might as well post, that is very interesting, but to question that i'll bring up some versus from the bible. Psalms 137:9 Happy shall he be, that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones. Psalms 58:10 The righteous shall rejoice when he seeth the vengeance: he shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked. Deuteronomy 7:2 And when the Lord thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor show mercy unto them. Now looking at these alone can seem very bad and evil......... but they are taken out of context when specifically extracted from the bible. and it brings up anoter question in my mind, if the Quran specifically advocates violence... why are so many muslums actually peaceful? translation and interpretation are powerful. tryin to be the devil's advocate now a little bit but it seemsto be turning into a halfway decent convo
  7. YES!!!!! this is the only point i have been trying to make..... violent+religion: leaders with agenda that twist faith there isn't oil there ;)
  8. Really?? Ireland............. Catholic vs. Protestant... cease fire was about 8 years ago today i believe, but tension and violence is still to some degree i am sure due to residential segregation
  9. Is this your attempt to justify your kindergarten insult? or telling us you want us to end your misery?
  10. o wow... you are high class man. i give you props you really showed me with that one.
  11. I know what your saying..... the only reason i brought up the Catholic thing is to show that Muslims are not the only ones who have taken their religion to violent levels. I am a strong believer in "everything happens for a reason".... I believe America is a strong country because we have so many cultures sharing strengths. Good things have happened and bad things have happened... thats life, like you said... but to be back on topic; discrediting someones faith because they are violent? No... and that was the point i have been trying to make.
  12. Thank You.... This was going to be my main point......... leading to present day where almost 77% of Mexico is Roman Catholic and 97% of Honduras. They are good representations of the long lasting influence that Alvarado had on Central America.
  13. How am i struggling?.... i could have easily googled and come up with many instances to back my side. Yet i used what was on the top of my head to initiate the debate with you.... and at a later time bring in more concrete support, which now someone has already provided. You never came up with any facts or information to support your opposition. This is how a debate works... now go study so you can actually involve yourself in an intellectual conversation
  14. i believe what i believe......... your not making any points so this is pointless
