Maybe his intake is a little more than your average intake? Maybe there is a snail in between the intake piping and connected to the exhaust manifold. I still have that shirt, I found it while cleaning out my closet, and my goal is to fit back into it by the end of the summer. I'm almost there.

That's my plan for the 240, along with a bright green drive shaft, and a purple differential. I'd say it would look awesome.

So I had my car looking pimp for a show, I guess I should say yesterday morning now, and I woke up that morning puking. A few minutes ago I decided to take my temperature for the hell of it, and it's at 100.1. I guess that would explain why I slept till 4:30. Now I'm beat, but can't fall asleep.

This is probably the coolest thing I have ever seen. YDM I've watched it about 5 times now. I think this one is still sweeter than YDMII. I am definitely having my friend help build me one after my manual swap. I should really be in bed right now, because I have work tomorrow, but maybe if I'm tired I won't do something stupid if I get in trouble for something someone else did Friday. So we have this Swedish kid at work right now, The General Manager's daughter and the Swedish guy and his sister are staying here, then my bosses daughter and the swedish girl are going back to Sweden and the Swedish guy is staying here. But anyhoo, he's supposed to be out washing the lot, but he gets distracted real easily and he was getting in the one technitions way so when he came back to recon we started talking cars and that kept him preocuppied. His parents have a V70 deisel, and he got all excited when I told him I have an 850 Turbo. That would be awesome if he could give me the hookup on a built motor and a bunch of performance parts, along with a Manual Turbo wiring harness. the rant: So I rode my peddle bike to work today, one guy almost ran me over in a parking lot, but no biggie. The new guy at work who was supposed to be supervisor for tonight did nothing but talk on his cell and play the same crappy cd over and over. I was doing a delivery and had the gas card laying on the dashboard, because I was going to put it back in the office when I drove to the front of the shop after washing it. Well he kicked me off it, most likely half assed the interior because he was done within 3 minutes, and left the gas card in it. While my brother was getting raped with service washes and me unable to help because I was doing a bunch of stuff for parts and the service writers, he again just talked on his phone and didn't do anything. Two hours later we got an asap delivery and the gas card was no where to be found. So I right away knew what happened and called down to small dealer we cleaned the car for. We were giving a scooter to be a delivery for tomorrow so I took it down to the other dealer to wait for the lady to come like she said she would. This was at 7, at 8:20 me and another sales guy took a Mustang down to where she said she was, and we didn't see her car at any of the shops around, so we came back. It was now almost 9 and the dealership closes at 8:30 so I took the scooter back up, to the main dealership. Luckily I didn't get pulled over for not having reflectors or lights because it was dark out. When I get home, my brother told me that the guy who left the card in the car was telling everyone he saw that I left the card in the car, then the Service writer (the words I have about them belong in the R forum) were doing there normal talk behind your back thing apparently. And I'm going to punch the one oneday, and from now on I plan on being a major dick, and I'm not going out of my way anymore to help them. When they leave at 5 and give us 10 service washes, I'm not going to slam them out so they can get out on time; I'm just going to take my sweet old time. I was going to be nice and come in tomorrow even though it's my day off, but $70 isn't worth it and I'll know I'll probably get myself fired because I'm still in a really bad mood. So tomorrow I'm going to the other dealership, getting the card, dropping it off, and enjoying the rest of my day off. I hope they get hammered with work tomorrow, so the other part time guys will go to the real supervisor Monday and probably get the new guy fired. He's been there 3 weeks, he should know whats up by now, and that you can't be on your cell every minute and taking smoke breaks every 5 minutes. So jist of the story, to hell with my current position, Service writers and new guy can go rot in hell, I'm thinking about applying to be a sales guy at the other dealership, the reconditioning department gets treated like &*^%, I'm almost 20 and I've put up with this for 3 and a half years, but can't wait till November when I go to Basic, so I'm hopefully moving to a better postion within the company. Sorry for the Novel.

If your going to college you're not, but depending on your major you can take the one meant for a 3rd grader. :lol:

The Volvo's transmission gave my mom hell this morning going to work. She made it half way, then the blinking arrow and CEL came on. Then the car lost all it's power so she had to forcefully limp it home and she almost got hit by a van because it the car didn't want to go through the intersection. I don't know what the CEL is for, but I'm pretty sure the arrow is for incorrect gear ratio again. I'll check codes tomorrow. So I'm giving the PCP a shot and if it doens't work, I'm going for a used transmission, and I'm going to throw the one in it now through the shop window of the guy who rebuilt it 3 times.

I can't believe I've never heard of them before. Another reason for my gf to hate riding in my car. Off topic of this, but what would you guys think about a 850 turbo motor going into a 240sx? Considering cost, if I shop around enough I can find another totalled 850. Build the motor up a little. I want to do this, because I love the sound of these motors, I could probably get 300-350 hp cheaper and more reliably than an sr20. And if I could do this cheaper than an RB25DET it would be awesome. My only problem is I like engine swaps manufacturer related, but this would be an exception. On the other hand, my dad's friend wants to buy it in a couple years for his daughter, because he used to have one just like it, and it's what she really wants. So I could just stick to doing the manual swap, s14 seats, and coupe doors, and keep my money put away for the Volvo and a Suzuka Blue S2000.

YOu need four wheels and a transmission to obtain straight pimpin stance. We had my moms Taurus tucking the day before my graduation party. The trunk and back seat were full of soda

I Wish I didn't have to leave in an hour or I would make that right now. Has me really hungry. It's been a month since I drove my car. I actually got bored enough to put my mountain bike back together and fix my Haro. Now I have one for the trails and one for the street.

Have any of you guys been hauling complete jerk and then someone pulls out further down the road, and even though you have enough time to slow down, they get into the opposite lane and let you go by. Had it happen a couple times, and it happened again today. Then there are the people who will see you going at a good rate down the road and pull out at the last second and blow their horn like it's your fault that they tried pulling out in front of you.
