If the Japanese had invaded the US they would have learned the same problem Hitler and Napoleon had. Invading a massive land mass so far from their support infrastructure would have stretched their supply lines too thin.
Here's the deal. The constitution is not the bible and not up for debate. The founders meant what they said.
There was a time after this countries founding that you couldn't vote unless you where a citizen and owned property. But that changed and now look where it got us, a leftist president that would prefer to leach off the upper middle class and the rich folks and redistribute their wealth (is now 47% of the total US populus that doesn't pay a dime in FEDERAL income tax).
Now for your statement above, How can we relate that to the USA's "victory" in war 2? How can the US win a war in two theaters? Remember, Japan had most the eastern seaboard of Aisia controled as well as China (even though the Tigers where kicking their arse every chance they got) and where exploiting those resources. They had a vastly superior Navy before the US entered the war as well as the Germans, they had much of Europe in their control and exploiting those resources. We won because we had more common sense than Hitler or Yamamoto (through the emporer) . We also had generals that could care less about political correctness that got them in a world of trouble after the war. (Short of "Ike")
And now lets go for Justice Stevens. He was appointed by whom? Gerald R. Ford, whom I consider a seriously moderate Republican (RINO).
Can you point exactly where in the constitution that it says that the majority rule must coddle the minority? Maybe we can get Justice Kagens input? (member CPUSA)

I guess pictures could be posted of goings on in countries with strict gun control say Nigeria? Remember, Criminals will always prefer a person who can't defend them selves and say the growing government? The DHS is starting to resemble pre war 2 gestapo. A quick internet search will prove this.

Dont get me wrong though I probably have more ar's than your local cops do, as they are my other hobby.
This is part of the issue. PC is not good either. Just like verbal hate crimes violate the 1st amendment.
Now, per Thomas Jefferson, the 2nd amendment was created to enable the people to defend themselves against a tyranical government.
So we are not allowed to talk about this stuff at work, what's next? Think about it!

Your friends are part of a cult as is every religion but have you even read the Qur'ān? or even better some interpretation guide of it? I just get a laugh about the page disclaimer at the start of every Qur'ān about how it isn't really the Qur'ān because translation and I cannot help but wonder if they get the same disclaimer in Arabic version.

You can ask for a deferred adjucation (SP?). (Probation given on request from a defendant.) What that entails is you ask to be placed on probation for a given amount of time. That way you can keep the point off your record and if you do not commint any offenses with in that time they will drop the ticket. They do this in Texas. Usually 30 to 60 days.
You can subpoena the radar guns calibration records and the amount of tickes issued in that cops jurisdiction. There is a time limit on how long the county/city has to get you this information, if they miss the statute of limitation they will have to dismiss the ticket. There is a limit to how many tickets cops can write or risk getting nailed for speed trap violations. This I believe is countrywide. Also, the Supreme Court decided that police cars needed to be easily identified as such to be able to pull some one over for infractions or moving violations. 1996. I just wish I had the information on hand to provide for proof.
Hire an atty and they will get your ticket dismissed, just because the calibration on the gun was not performed. You may have to file SR22 because you couldn't prove insurance. (You can get insurance cheap and put the info on the back of the ticket when you send it in too)

Funny how people tie immigration and high crime.
Funny how 32% of the prison systems is Hispanic (today)...Historicly speaking of course. Most crime happens in neighbourhoods that just happen to have a high population of immigrants. Lets just see the high crime in Italian neighbourhoods in the '20's through the 60's (New York and IL). ( just an example now) Santa Anna, Hawiian Gardens, Gardina, Anaheim, Bakersfield, CA? McAllen, Brownsville, TX? Oh yes, lets not forget Miami Florida. I went to Key Biscayne and every day on the news there they posted the stat's on crime there in Miami. Cuban immigrants? No, I can't be just imagining what I see in the news papers and on TV.
Now the Muslim Arabs in the EU and other msc countries in Europe are causing the native folks over there grief. France, Spain, Sweden, and Germany. Sheesh. No, immigration is never tied to high crime. That is just a figment of our imagination.
