All done... Also, replaced the injectors with a set of cleaned/serviced. Installed an MBC. Car runs and idles much smoother now.

Currently stripping the old parts off the car and noticed that part# 8653339 is different from the one in the diagram (no. 4). This appears to be an updated part; new on the left, old on the right. The new one has a metal sleeve around it and a few ridges on the inside.
