Damn man, what an ordeal..I feel your pain with body shops sucking at being on time I can't wait to see what you've done to it though, sounds basically what I want to do to mine in the future.. I hope you get this straightened out before you leave, I know it will be a burden over in India. Good luck in the future!

haha tell me about it, thats one of the first places it's going when its drivable again.

it is a custom color, its not off anything. we got the 3rd brake light from the dealer, we still have to go to a junkyard and find the correct harness for it and splice it. apparently the back glass was broken previously, and was replaced with v70 back glass..so it worked out. i kept the lights amber because they were replaced amber and i don't need to spend the money just for that small of thing. oh and the v90 wiper is on the the to do list. and no sanding at all was done to the tails, just sprayed it on with testor's model spray "transparent black window tint", i was going to clearcoat them but just get around to it.

progress, this shot was taken with a flash w/o flash the tails have been tinted the dual exhaust and turn signals are both scheduled to arrive tomorrow. yes thats a 00' 3rd break light conversion up top, hard to tell in the picture
