I have the travel adjusted all the way down. 100mm is't that bad. it rides plush. Way better than the marzocchi I had on there before. If I increase the travel any more, yes, you are correct. The angle changes and it feels funky.

Get a frame custom built and spec it with carbon Record. That's what you need!

They are Campy, but 170's. I have two sets, maybe willing to sell one. Those vintage 165's are tough to find and go for like $300.
