Bump - I think it just switched back on. Seen it in some of my recent posts, but the examples above also demonstrate being filtered.

You get the 404 after you fill out the quick reply box at the bottom of the page, and press 'Submit Reply'? I'm not seeing that, and I just checked with a regular account and didn't see it either.

Same computer each time? What browser? You try clearing the cache/cookies/sessions?

I hadn't considered browsers since it only happens on select accounts. I've tested with Firefox on multiple computers, also from a non-SM account, and I just checked with Chrome (mobile) as well.

Debug shows that the non-working accounts HTTP404 on fetching applications/core/interface/js/js.php. I don't see that call on the working accounts, and it instead calls a few JS libraries from ckeditor.
