yours is N/A...so I dont see why regular would hurt, but I've seen that some companies that re-map chips suggest that you run premium, when i was looking for a chip for my old '87 BMW 325iS they said I would have to run 91 or higher because the tuned ecu assumed you were running that or higher, but that was BMW and this is volvo...I would run what the chip tuner suggest...or you could just thow out a few dollars, run the higher octane, and be safe

Have you ever been on supra forums....trust me...that makes this forum look like heaven I don't know much about the s40 as a whole...so thats why you dont see me talkin any smack about them as a whole...just that one I'm suprised a mod hasnt come in here and closed this thread already

although there are a few very cocky people on here....I like this forum...its full of good people who know their volvos...being an ex supra owner i seen way worse forums (like supra forums....the worst forum on the planet, everyone there is rude, the mods want to show their butts, and everyone thinks they are awesome cause they have a supra)...this message board is one of the best I've been on...the people here are almost as good as the people on turbo dodge.com...lol...I have to say, the people on td.com are the nicest people by far but if you dont like it here...and dont like being a part of this forum...why come here and make matters worse...let the guys have their fun...and they will eventually stop making fun of the car and this thread will go where all threads go after they get old....but the more you guys come back and antagonize (sp?) the longer this thread will last

i do like the white one...you can see that he done mods that compliment the car like i said in my previous post i almost bought a black s40...but i decided i wanted an 850 or s70 really bad...well...i ended up with my 850 wagon...they are sexy enough in stock form...although i do have a few plans for it

none of that stuff you have on that car goes with the car...the headlamps and the corners are mismatched...the wing looks horrible on that car...it was made for one car and one car only...the Impreza...and downforce from that spoiler is just about as pointless on a s40 as it is on a civic...they are front wheel drive...and it prob never seen speeds fast enough to make downforce anyway most of the "10 year old stock" cars on this site are infact not stock at all...the aftermarked mods done to them have been done with taste in mind....in other words...they are there because they compliment the car...they look stock to the untrained eye,they look like they should be on the car.... that spoiler wasnt made to compliment the s40's body style....the sti wing doesnt look like it should be on anything but the sti I'm not hatin...if you like it thats cool...its your car and im happy you like it...just expect for others to not like it
