Wouldn't it be nice if the "safe hearing" suppersor bill passed? No more months of waiting and $$$$.

It is a pointless and dumb bill on all parts. I do not think suppressors should be regulated, but I also think they are 99% pointless. As for select fire being over rated, I do not even know what to say to that. Single fire will put someone down, but will not reliably keep them for firing back. Full auto is good on trained personnel with fire control, select fire works wonders with noobs. Either way, semi-auto is a no go on a fielded weapon. From civilian standpoint who cares. If you want something for self defense use a scatter gun and be done with it.

  2. So to recap, my grandfathers Colt Python. Sells all day long for 2k now. I have receipt for it from 1958 he paid $89. It's really the only thing I have of his. You propose someone knocks on my door and gives me 89 dollars for it? Yeah, out of my cold dead hand.

Regulating ammo if its not a real time check I do not have an issue with. A lot of states have cards you need to buy. They do a check once a year. I don't have a problem with that, but all cost a tax payer $$$$

  3. Apparently, Chuck, you didn't realize the millions of warm fuzzies that are associated with the taking of other people's firearms.

Currently I am unaware of the exchange rate from warm fuzzies to dollarydoos, though.  :)

Do the fuzzies have a different exchange rate to the quarter million people plus that will lose their jobs over night? Not saying nothing should be done. Just saying that the issue is complex and anyone who thinks they have the answer is a fool. Ask Australia.

  4.

short of chuck, who else is religiously loading their own? speak up?

Why the hell do I get dragged into this? I'll humor you through. What happens in this scenario. Years ago I am given an M16. At the time they were worth about 8k. My grand father paid around 400 for it. Now they are worth ~20k. If the gov does a round up so I get back $400, $8000, or $20000? Do I get cash back or tax credit? You do know there are literally trillions of dollars of firearms out there right?

  6. I have had Facebook and Google+ integration running on here for a while, so I am pretty sure everything is set up and within their TOS. Twitter on the other hand is new, so I would appreciate any help assuring everything is running smoothly. If you make a post that you think would get attention also on FB, twitter, or any of the other social media sites, can you please try the links at the bottom of every post, and report back any issues or feedback you have. Thank you.

  7. Getting ready to do some updates in the next few weeks and noticed coupon codes were being weird for supporting membership. In an effort to test it here is a coupon for 50% off any membership for the first 5 people. Coupon code: omgzor

Also in the next week or so there will be a few outages. Most should be under 1 hours and hopefully odd hours of night.
