I'm hoping to stay in Hagerstown but looking at Frederick too. Anyone know any areas in these cities that I should be looking? Hoping for a 2bed place so I can rent the other room out.

You think housing is inflated by you check by UMD. There's not enough campus housing for even all the sophomores so of course for profit appts popped up .. Here you do something like 30 hours a week for free rent. Which is somewhere between 800-1200 a month depending how many room mates you want and if you share a bathroom

yup, got me an 8qt one, in the first week I cooked a chili with random shit in my appt. Pulled pork (omg good) and sweet potatoes. They should had every college freshman a crock pot at orientation. Best way to cook while be insanely busy.

It's not a primary offense though or w/e you call it. If a cop sees you talking on your phone but not doing anything else illegal you CANT be ticketed/pulled over. Its stupid.
