Dealer performing NICS check may not charge more than $10 fee. "Assault weapons" can be sold to someone in NY state who can legally own them for 1 year after enactment. "Assault weapons" can be sold to someone outside of NY state any time. Starting 1 year after enactment the sale must be reported. "Large capacity ammunition feeding devices" can be sold to someone in NY state who can legally own them for 1 year after enactment. Magazines up to 10 rounds in capacity can be loaded to their full 10 round capacity when at a duly incorporated indoor or outdoor shooting range or when at a competition under the auspices of the NRA or IHMSA. No magazine can be loaded with more than 7 rounds of ammunition except as noted above starting 60 days after enactment. Possession of a preban (1994 ban) magazine that holds more than 10 rounds is unlawful starting 60 days after enactment. This seems to conflict with the item that I wrote above that says you can sell them to someone in NY state for 1 year. I'm confused; I must understand some part of it wrong. Sales of ammo require a background check starting 1 year from enactment. Why not just use the new rail with the quick disconnect with a adaptor on the end With something like this? Run the fuel line under the motor
