  4. I think I agree with Captain Bondo on this one you need to isolate the drain tube from CC pressure/ give it somewhere else to go. You could tap the second oil port on the head and vent it to another CC...
  5. We can all piss and moan about it or people who give a shit can put their heads together and come up with a way to make the old style f/s work, presuming chuck is ok with it. It sucks that a few people's actions shitted on a community, but that's reality and a fix could be as simple as the VS death penalty(permaban) for 2 infractions and creating a f/s review section with some strict and simple minimum requirements. I know this is Chucks site, but I think Supporting Members should be able to vote on the death of the F/S Section.

If you're only getting smoke on heavy decel after a long pull it would seem like baffling the drain tube or putting a sort of 1 way valve would be a good thing to try with the huge increase in crankcase pressure. You may have a rapid buildup of backpressure from the pan in the drain tube being forced out the seals. It just seems similar to your recirc issue from before only this time with oil pressure, your making a ton of it and it has nowhere to go. Call me nuts, but its worth a try.
