  1. Do you know this for sure? After accessing WA State's AGO website, they recommended starting with them. If needed, they will help me file in CA. or wherever is best. I'm sure it'll take a few days to review my claim.
  2. Yes, I filed a claim with my state's AG. I hope everyone else does too He's alive! Posted a comment on You Tube last night
  3. huh....just went to YouTube. Apparently; whoever, if not Sean; is using his account to post comments on others' videos. Just 13 hours ago!!! http://www.youtube.com/user/seanwilliams78 Unbelievable!!!!
  4. I'm not sure what you're getting at, but unless you know his GF's; mom's, or grand ma's name, I'm sure he isn't answering any calls until he hears who's on the line. He probably won't answer any ARMY calls either until he knows why they're calling.
  5. I've called one...never get an answer. But the Voice Mailbox never gets full.
  6. Now what happened to Naughty33w? I sent him copies of ALL my Sean dealings, over a week ago. Now he doesn't respond. Giraff3 can't get a response from Sean's CC now.
  7. I hope so, not knowing anything is frustrating
  8. Well, I for one, could accept that. He hasn't left me financially ruined, but he needs to contact me and make some kind of a mends. But to be completely absent with my funds and hardware is totally unacceptable. So maybe it's not technically a crime, but I feel as I am a victim of theft, and Sean is the thief. EDIT: Who should I report this to? I'm in WA State. Sean is in CA.
  9. If you don't mind Please keep trying. I really do wish Sean has a good reason, even if I don't get anything from him for awhile. Even though I've never screwed anybody else over, I have fallen on though times before.
  10. yeah this is exactly how Wendell did things until he finally just quit all together
  11. Sean posted the same For Sale thread over there on TBricks. I posted the link to this in that thread. gottarollwithit: 7 months???? oh my, have you contacted Christopher Rodriguez? I'm going to send him an eMail -mune
  12. OK...I just started a list http://volvospeed.com/vs_forum/index.php/topic/135732-who-does-l8-a-p-e-k-s-owe/#entry1814269 Thanks
  13. Who else does Sean owe? What? How much? Transaction date PLEASE: Only add requested info, keep this thread clean 1) mune: $475 and a 16T/angled core (April 26)
  14. Hey GShyneDM; rsterns; and washdup do any of you know what's going on with Sean?
  15. I WAS giving him the "benefit of the doubt" but when I saw he's been on-line, all was lost. What really smacks is that I found a professionally rebuilt, warranted 19T with 300/75 actuator for $668 + shipping and core exchange From a VERY trusted source
  16. Yup, I see that now too. Someones reading his eMail too, I've received "Read Receipts" And if he were absent, his Voice Mail would probably have reached it's limit by now. Being an ARMY brat I know the ARMY won't think kindly of this. I'll be busy working on the 850R the next few days; but starting next week I'll be contacting someone to file a claim. What a hassle Oh and I haven't heard back from PayPal on my appeal yet. I guess I need to call them and talk to someone this time. So at least, he can't use PayPal to screw anybody else.
  17. C'mon guys, if you want to Chat to one another, use "Chat" or PMs, or better yet use your cell phones
  18. I REALLY want to give Sean the benefit of doubt. I'm an ARMY brat, my dad did 28 yrs. If I don't hear from him this weekend, I have no choice but to buy a 19T from the dealer. At this point, I don't trust anyone. Once I do that, Sean's only option as far as I will be concerned; will be to refund me cash. And as far as I'm concerned; there's only one acceptable excuse: he's in the hospital. Even IF he did deploy, it would've taken him 60seconds to send me a PM...we were communicating like Boxpin has said. Then at 5 weeks...nothing, then this "I'm baaack" BS It's been 8+weeks And just so everyone knows, I have a working 15G on the shelf, 16T on my 850R, I sent Sean my blown 16T off my C70. I was ready to buy a 19T from DW, but after Sean delivered a 18T to Lucky, I thought he was legit. I'm upgrading my C70 to R specs, that's why 19T, everything is done, just waiting for turbo. Want to get it running, now that the Pacific Northwest sunshine has finally showed up. Wanna run topless Next stage is hybrid turbo, rebuilt RN engine RSI rods etc, 5spd/Quaife. And this will be my DD. ****GM Performance FTW**** For serious weekend RWD fun
  19. [quote name='Ipd - Lucky', on 24 June 2010 - 03:25 PM, said: As I recall he was taking payments via paypal , so if you're out $$ and have no product you could issue a complaint with them I suppose. name='gdizzle' date='24 June 2010 - 01:50 PM' timestamp='1277412613' post='1810216'] gdizzle' date='24 June 2010 - 01:50 PM' It's only valid 45 days from date of transaction, no?
  20. I know some folks met him in person for Dyno day. Hoping someone in So Cal knows or has a clue what might be going on
  21. Anyone know how to contact Sean? I know he moved and all, his last post was a week ago. Is he in the hospital? Reserves? Anyhow; if anyone can put me in contact with him, I'd really appreciate it. And btw: Go Celtics! Beat LA!!!
  22. Are you talking about the HOVA one piece angel eye headlights? If so, and you're trying to install a H1 HID bulb in the low beam, you will need to dremel a little material out. I'm not sure about the high beams, cuz I stayed with the halogens. I used a carbide bit in my dremel dry, no grease or oil. When I was done, I turned the lights upside down and used compressed air to get the shavings out. Worked great, no problems. Adam (OREO) posted a pic that showed where you need remove a little material.
  23. More info...I just got the big black 928GTS calipers and am in the process of installing them on my C70. I removed all the hardware from them to have them PC'd. Did some research to make sure they went back together correctly for use on my Volvo. The reason the bleeder screws and crossover tubes have to be swapped, is that when mounted on the 928, they were rear aft mounted. To run them on the front fwd mounted Volvos you have to swap them so that the smaller diameter piston hits first when the rotors are turning forward. If that makes sense. If not, there is also an arrow on the calipers to show you which direction the rotor should be turning. And even tho it's a "duh" I'll mention it anyways, the bleeder screws go on top.
  24. Hey Chuck....Help VS is giving me heartburn Lately I'm getting "this tab has been recovered" "IE was forced to close and reopen this tab" something like that I'm on IE8 I don't have any problems with other sites.
