  1. That's awful! :( I hope her insurance can come through, and I hope the asshole that hit her is getting a big ol' fine for being uninsured.

I was hit head on, by a un-insured driver that totalled my truck. Luckily I drove my truck that day.

I paid $100 deductible on my UNDER-Insured drivers coverage. There's no such thing as un-insured drivers coverage in the state of WA, cause HA! all drivers by law have to have it HA!.

Anyhow my agent said it's less than 1 out 10 chance they will ever get any money out of these folks. If they do, I'll receive a check for my deductible.

So far, no check, and last time I checked with Sea-Tac PD, they hadn't seen her since they visited her at the hospital.

  2. Do any of you local folk who used to work at dealerships (or anyone local for that matter) happen to have a Volvo System Tester I can borrow for a week or so?

In addition to the above trouble code, I'm fighting SAS codes and a faulty cruise control. Will trade beer, let me know.

Good luck! I've got my finger on the trigger for this. Any day now. Damn SRS light

  3. Easier to just swap the entire gauges from one cluster to the original - no messing with the faces & needles. Just transfer the trip computer to the R speedo

perfect time to add the trim rings

  4. Nice work. Warnings were left civilly and with an explanation. Nobody ever argues with that.

Him posting there is proof positive of what a pile of shit he truly is.

    True, true

He's probably laughing as he reads my posts

I'm sure his ARMY Reserve buddies would like to know who has their backs

  5. Last I heard the shop didnt even exist, it was part of his ploy, If ipd-lucky was the only person to recieve a defective turbo than I feel no shop ever existed. My friend had a similar situation and filed report on this site http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx You should have seen how suprised the scammer who never shipped anything was when the law showed up at his door. He got his money all back. You guys need to be more proactive rather than waiting for a miracle. Whoever was ripped off fill out form. Its also a fedral crime because it was fraud across state lines so the fbi would get involved.

I will give this try. My WA state AGO is proceeding against him, they will let me know where to go next. But this won't hurt. I'll report back.

  6. Sean's Commander e-mailed me back and said that he did NOT attend Battle Assembly like he was supposed to...hmm...Apparently their 2 week training is coming up and that is the next time they will see him for sure. I cannot believe they are letting it go this long...meh.

Huh...I guess BA wasn't mandatory, but I know the annual 2 weeker should be.

I'm in no hurry now, got a 19T from Volvo on the way.

I won't give this up tho.

WA AGO is trying to contact him now, too.
