It's sad that he died fighting for a justified cause that has been overshadowed by the Iraq War and almost forgotten by the media for the past 6 years when it should be the focus. It's nice to see that people care enough to take time out of their day to honor him. PS The entire original post is Representative Steve Davis' (R-McDonough, Georgia) words verbatim if anyone is curious who made that statement.

haha yeah, that was to New Hampshire and back from south of Washington DC to pick up the car I have now It was 22 hours with a couple prolonged stops (picking up the car and dinner with a friend in Boston)

yeah, I plan on it. i won't be setting any records though, the longest I've done in one day is 1150 miles this will be only 900 via Detroit where teh moneyz is. I have three friends going with but one falls asleep at the wheel and the other two don't like driving so it's all me I will be beating a rental car though not my Volvo.

i finally got a bicycle. no more driving my car 20 blocks to work :)

a shop dismounted some tires for me for free so I tipped the guy with a broken rim since I didn't have any cash and he can just recycle it :lol:

it's not the first time walmart has tried to use the government to make stuff cheaper, walmart already encourages its employees to go on welfare to supplement their wages. i don't see what's new.

it looks like their ballistic missiles' ranges if they had nukes powerful enough to destroy all of asia... what good would it be to use it against an enemy if you were going to get the bad effects from the fallout? unless of course it's part of a doomsday device.

you can go searching in junk yards or order one from vandsautodismantlers.com like it's a plain pizza and it will arrive via freight in a couple days since you're only one state away.

it's probably more useful to you too since you're starting school in the fall. the fact that you are so tight on funds makes buying a car sound out of your league right now. The cheapest thing to do either way is fix this one, the fact that you think you don't have the funds makes buying a new car with new problems even less smart.
