i think if you ended up just buying the tools to fix the one you have now you'll come out ahead with a good running car and a nice array of tools and some valuable experience. just put 5w40 or 10w40 synthetic in it this time.

it does suck in stop and go traffic but it is worth it. in highway backups i just get behind an 18 wheeler and coast with it to save my sore ankles/knees.

I thought it was a funny juxtaposition. Thx tho. I have been to Sweden many times in my life and I love that country. The only reason I wouldn't move there is the amount of bbq's for random reasons that I would miss and the stuff blowing up that seems to go along with them Everytime I am there, the insatiable need to blow up an anthill with an M80 reminds me that I am American.
