    Mildly drunk right now. Was at the bar tonight and ordered the James Bond drink. 3 parts gin 1 part vodka and 1/2 part vermouth shaken not stired server cold with lemon. When I told the bartender all that they looked at me like I was on crack. Its called a Vesper. Its not bad worth a try if your into martines.

    You're doing it wrong. It's not vermouth, it's Kina Lillet, which I'm fairly certain isn't made any more. Any Lillet Blonde will work. Also, it's not with a lemon, it's with a twist- lemon rind.

    Also, don't shake it. Shaking ruins the body of the Lillet and basically turns it to shit. The only drink Bond had shaken was a vodka martini.

    Throughout the graphic novel that is Persepolis the narrator, Marji, is constantly tangling with revolution and rebellion, warfare and corruption both through word of mouth from her parents and peers and in real life encounters. One of the main concepts behind this constant brutality is the concept of martyrdom, the idea that adhering to a cause through death is honorable. We see this idea throughout the book and it is an interesting idea in that it questions our moral priorities; would you choose your life or a cause greater than yourself?

    That's not vague. IT IS AN INTERESTING IDEA IN THAT IT QUESTIONS OUR MORAL PRIORITIES; WOULD YOU CHOOSE YOUR LIFE OR A CAUSE GREATER THAN YOURSELF?

    If you're struggling with things like this, I'd recommend perhaps taking a 5th year before subjecting yourself to college. This would fall under the category of bullshit homework assignment simply on the basis of "being so easy it hurts and I can't actually get motivated to sit and write tripe for ___ hours."
