just a quick thought here. tt 4.3 doesnt have issues correct? Would it be that big of a pita to convert to m4.3 tt? I know it seems like a pain to do since you shouldnt have to, but...:/

i have a local guy building a manifold for me, he does excellent work. if you really cant get a nice striaght shot for the drain then just using a larger drain should solve the backing up issue like you are doing...but i really cant see a 3/4" drain backing up although i can see the hole in the block causing the backing up problem since it is so much smaller than the whole drain line...but on the other hand i really cannot see a 3/4" drain backing up especially with a restrictor! im stumped. i vote ball bearing really hope you can figure this out, my car still smokes sometimes and its really annoying, i know the frustration you are dealing with! have you considered what i mentioned about enlarging the opening on the block for the drain...? i know that no one else has had this problem but there arent many people running a td05 with that much bosst and that bad of an angle on the drain tube...

well thats going to become annoying when that thing is running right and keeps blowing bevel gears you know its coming i have a tubular top mount manifold being made right now ;)

there ya go!! i think while my block is torn down im going to drill out the oil drain hole in the block and weld a -12 fitting to it just to completly avoid any problem with there not being enough flow where it tapers down smaller at the block. more flow cant hurt at all. that bevel gear really makes it a pain for you tho. im assuming that egr flex pipe is fairly rigid so you wont have a problem with the pipe moving and causing problems with the oring....?

no that guy never responded to my emails, sold the 20g already, ive got a brand new hybrid garret twin scroll t3 hehe, numbers will remain secret until my manifold is done Hope that fixes your problems Hussein, i loved my 20g's boost characteristics but it appears to me they just dont like the beating :(
