  1. So back doctor number two confirms what back doctor number one says... I'm spineless.

Says I lost the curve in the lumbar area of my back. Assumed complication of the herniated disc from last year. And the solution is a combination of stretching, yoga, and lifting, part of which I've been doing. Oh and they both say I need to lay off my favorite snack food, NSAID's. One recommends a short of cortisone to my back if the pain is too much because nothing makes people smile like a shot to the back. If some of you didn't know any better, you'd think I was 90 years old. I hate this acronym but... fml. Now I'm off to sit in a computer chair, stair blankly at a screen while my thoughts wonder, and try to wipe the grimace off my face. It's gonna be a good day, I can feel it. At least I have big thumbs :P

my mom uses these lidocaine patches for nerve issues in her back, wonder if they'd help you?

  2. I am confused... is there an Ego Waffle shortage or a Waffle shortage?

Cant you just buy pancake batter and use that as Waffle batter?

and why am I capitalizing Waffle!?!?!?!?

pancake batter != waffle batter. but it's almost as easy as pancake batter.

plus, you can freeze home made waffles, and they're even better than toaster waffles

  3. what kind of pictures, though. d200 is a good high speed cam, capable of 5 fps, for 22 consecutive RAW files, at the expense of an older, smaller sensor. the d90 has a newer sensor, which i'm presuming has better lowlight capabilities, despite being a slightly denser sensor, with only 4.5fps, and i'm sure it has a smaller buffer, so definitely no where near as big of a burst.

here, this will give you more of an idea of what each has over the other.

  4. ty guys, yeah about the only thing I can't figure out because I don't know what to call it, the car didn't come with a owners manual, this red light to the right of the lcd display with the clock lit up on my trip up to flagstaff and I have no idea what it is. It came on when the temp dropped 10* in about a minute (i was going pretty fast) so I kinda figured I freaked something out with the climate change because it hasn't come on again.

does it have a little snowflake next to it? it's probably your ambient temperature freeze warning light
