Rick, you gotta search on a this sitee, for past year we talked about that soo many times that there are at least 5 threads that got all the info I would suggest to do 5-speed swap and 19t kit installation together, then you will need to pay only once. you need: 19t, may be s60R manifold, bigger flow injectors because stock t5-r once, are not good enough, a new downpipe, a muffler shop can make you 3 inch all the way for 500. S Stock Volvo oem clutch is really good, but expensive, last time I checked it was 420. so 19t kit with 5-speed will put you in low 13s.

310 whp with 19t on stock engine with auto magic tranny is impossible in my opinion. realistically you can get 310 bhp. the choice is big for tunning, just depends how much money do you want to spend. RICA got 19t software for 800 bucks and this is without injectors and other stuff. IPD soon will release 18t software, but probably it will be rip off as usuall. at least $900, and ofcoruse there are Swedish tunners. My chip was pre tunned in Sweden and all i need to do right now is just to install 19t and it is done.
