not necessarily... GTPs are CHEAP to make fast. way cheaper than our cars. if it has any work done to it at all i'd say the 850 was lucky to keep up the way it did. that being said, i'd never consider a pontiac, no matter how fast it was :lol:

that would lead me to believe you have more hp, but less torque or maybe your conditions werent as good for the launch. you could be up at 260 or so then... bring it to tony's shop in toronto if you ever come up this way again and get it dynod there! He really knows what he's doing and has a dynapack so i doubt you would run into any issues like you did with your last dyno

very hard to say... that red S70 T5M that "S70 R" owns ran a 13.9 and has 257whp IIRC. but its not only whp, its a combination of that and torque, and it was a relatively cold night when you had your run, if it had been warmer you could have knocked some time off due to tires being warmer. i'd guess your at about 240-250. maybe others can chime in too. and how come your never online anymore? you got a text!

Welcome to VS! are you able to check on the manufacturer of a given part easily if someone were to call you and ask? If i had any question thats what i would do, dont know why those who are complaining about not knowing the manufacturer dont just do that

it destroys turbos too. it retards ignition so drastically that it ignites the air/fuel mixture inside the manifold and turbo itselt. our TD04HL's probably wouldnt last a month with one of those

i happen to like clubs! terrible place to meet quality women, but so much fun if your with a bunch of your friends and all dancing, enjoying the loud music and just having a good time. i agree though, trying to buy enough drinks to get drunk at a club is a terrible waste of money that could be used for car parts. pre-drinking FTW. even with the insane alcohol prices here in canada, i can get good and drunk for between $8 and $25 (depending on what i choose to drink) by buying alcohol at the store. Getting drunk at a bar or club would cost in excess of $60 or $70 per night.

dont worry, its got major perks too ;)

my parents never knew jack about cars untill i started teaching them and yet i could replace your RMS. Get yourself a repair manual if you need it and just start doing things yourself, its the only way to learn
