  4. Utah is huge for MTB, look into guided trips. MOAB is one of the biggest most popular areas but beware its shared with moto/jeeps e/t/c
  5. I'm happy with the XC90. Can't beat the Rsport seats, ask Yang. Handles way better than its competition, biggest complaint....TURNING RADIUS what else is new with Volvo's
  6. short stem, longer travel fork, setup for tubeless and wider tires will change the bike dramatically

  12. Yep, and that thing is still competitive for racing. Just make sure he doesn't put the post up beyond the min insert, those fsr's were notorious for cracking seat tubes...
  13. the 450 X was a bike built to compete in Baja and infact its still winning to this day, its no XR...you should try a KTM690R some time...

  15. I still have my Garmin 405 around somewhere I bet it still works fine. I switched to the SUUNTO (ambit 3) this year as it was an xmas gift. Battery life alone makes it worth it

  17. definitely get the bike fitted...If you're new to clipless pedals, MTB ones typically are a little easier to get into and will typically have entry points on both sides while road pedals typically only have one entry point.. Shimano's SPD system is the standard, I liked TIME pedals for a while but went back to Shimano
  18. most light alm bikes are pretty harsh to ride, go carbon if you can
  19. get one with disc brakes, i wish my bianchi had discs...
  20. One of my buddies rented a storage unit for a few months while he was on a crazy schedule and between leases. Lived out of a suitcase for 3 months and then had movers take all his stuff to his new place.
