No. What I'm saying is, it wouldn't take them half a second to catch wind of a CCL holder doing some kind of wrong in some other state. Come on, don't play that game. Think about it like this. Indiana you can carry your weapon, concealed, into a bar. How many drunk assholes you hear about blowing each other away? None. Ya know why? Because it isn't happening. If it was, you'd hear about it. ESPECIALLY in Chicago where the Mayor and other elected officials are *pissed* about being forced to pass some form of carry.

Can you provide me the proof of that? Because that's not what I'm seeing in the "news". If CCL holders were out there proving such test levels, you WOULD hear about that in mainstream media. (Especially the media in Chicago with CCW being very close)

They tried before NY did to do a ban. Anything with a removeable magazine... i.e. everything not a bolt action/shotgun/revolver. Needless to say ... there was some work done on those 4 bills. Yeah ... makes sense lol I'm not sure it would drop, but it would certainly level the playing field when gang banger got his ass handed to him while he was going for a "kill shot"
