Ilya, real quick, IPD sells MTE software, developed wholly by Marco Asterfalk. His uncle is the founder of TME... And don't think for a minute that Marco doesn't see money from every ECU upgrade that IPD sells. and remember.. fwiw... my car and wallet bought all the parts that made this whole Stage Kit thing happen... so volvospeed had a big hand in this as well.

Sure, maybe 3K all at once... but I'd wager that MANY guys on VS have spent more than 3K on their car this year alone... THink about this tho Ilya, I know so many guys our age in jsut the seattle area, with S70's or 850's, that have put R bumpers, XC grilles, and other shit on their car, and they're not even VS members..(trust me, i've tried and i've tried to get them here ) . I'm sure one day, some of those guys will want to go fast... :D

Yup, so what's wrong with that? Some people don't have the time or the know how to peice things together..... Sure, everything can be had at a cheaper price... Here's what I paid for the engine parts on my car. IC - 600 A-mist - 500 Turbo - 200 RIP kit - 300 BOV - 150. DP - 500 R mani - 250 ECU - but how many peope have the time to get all that shit, for those prices? not many people outside of volvospeed. Your average 40 year old guy, who knows dick about turbo swaps, is gonna see this "kit", and go "effin sweet! all i do is pay, and my car goes way faster"...

i got a great new place for a meet up / show off. the St. Alphonsus parking lot, on 15th and 57th NW. As long as it's not on a sunday, the parking lot is HUGE, and it's right by a grocery store, and a gas station.. not to mention it's about 6 blocks up from Ivan's parents Volvo yard.
