  1. These are the X-Treme links that we released in early 2006. We can't make those any better unless they were made of gold with diamonds encrusted haha If you have the older non-XTreme links, there is some major differences (most noteably the rod ends are ginormous, simplified hardware, improved plating, more length adjustability, etc):
  2. Well, you aren't going to get a better price than now, because the GB price will be as close to what our dealers pay as you can get... Hmmm, too heavy but too thin? Thicker would be heavier. If rear too thin you mean 22mm is too small of a diameter, I agree. But IPD tried 25mm back in the day and bad things happened.
  3. If your car has that many miles the stock endlinks are disintegrated into obvilion already. Most genuine stock endlinks last 20-30k; junk stock replacement last anywhere from 2k to 6k if you are lucky. But my crystal ball is in the shop getting it's flux capacitor repaired, so I can't say for sure exactly how many miles your endlinks will last. Answer is in the first post.
  4. $15? You get what you pay for. You WILL be replacing them after a few thousand miles. So figure 2 new $15 links every oil change. Where is the savings? Get some GOOD endlinks. Besides thet fact that they will outlast your car, performance endlinks are one of the single best performance upgrades you can do to your car. Ask anyone that has upgraded their endlinks how it affected handling. It's money well spent and IMO is not the smartest thing to cheap out on. There's a GB forming on our links as we speak... http://volvospeed.com/vs_forum/Who-Would-B...Buy-t59058.html
  5. Yes, they definitely work with factory swaybars (ALL swaybars). If you are lowering your car the adjustability of ours is where they shine.
  6. Nah, unless someone can give a really good reason. Nothing really wrong with IPDs, and VMS is supposed to have theirs out as well.
  7. I'm wrapping up a UK QBM group buy, and figured that people on this side of the pond should have some fun too. I won't post pricing yet - just trying to gauge interest. I will say that if it happens it's VERY agressive pricing and you will want to take advantage of it. If interested, contact us via our email address on our website with "US group buy" in the subject line, and what you would be interested in buying in the message. I assume most will want some endlinks. We'll go from there once I collect the emails.
  8. I'm curious if I am right or not. Doesn't look like there is anything wrong with the fix (i.e. it looks done properly), it just doesn't look factory.
  9. Nah, that little hook isn't good for anything. It would bend like a toothpick if you tried to mount a brace there. BTW, has your car ever been rearended and repaired? On the driver's side it looks like the seam sealer has been redone. You can see it best from the high-res shot. Just a random comment...
  10. Shoot us an email with your shipping info and we'll fill you in on all the juicy details. Thanks!
  11. Well, the bar is actually compatible with the 3rd row seat as-is. The only issue is I still have to do something about the stock seat belt bolts. Also, the seat BACK (not the seat bottom) can't go 100% flat anymore. It will go almost flat but not all the way. Stairs?
  12. 100% bolt on Metric, not std! linky no worky send us an email and we'll get you a quote.
  13. Vs members get 10% discount, but free shipping was only a promotion a while ago that is over now. I replied to your email.
  14. Any color you want, as long as it's black. Seriously though, you can paint it any color of the rainbow easily enough. Keep in mind that it installs under all of the cargo panels, so no one will ever see it, unless you go to change your tire.
  15. You mean in general? We have a number of products for the P2 platform, including the newest P2 front strut brace conversion. If you mean a rear brace, not yet. We just finished the wagon rear brace. Other models and platforms will come in due time. Sweet man. I surely will!
  16. Yes, it definitely stiffens the back end! You are right, the wagons sufer from much more shaking and shimmying vs the sedans because the rear shelf and trunk frame help tie the back end of the sedans together. With the wagons, it's open like the grand canyon. Our bar does a suprisingly effective job and tying the rear of the wagon together at it's strongest mounting point (much stronger than if we tied the rear strut tops together). Yeah, the sedans are next and at that time I will check fitment on C70s etc.

  18. Nice! Good to see others are rolling BTCC style:
  19. A LOT of people that have gone in for the recall had had the fillup leaking start. My take on it - they lower the tank on the opposite side to do the inspection/fix, creating pressure on the filler neck seal by cocking it at an extreme angle. I dropped my take recently and when I removed the filler neck I found that it's a ball valve similar to the stock exhaust. I can see how cocking it an an angle will cause the seal to leak. You probably would never get a dealer to admit they caused it to leak though.
  20. Yeah, I heard it doesn't fit. Does anyone know for sure? We need to be SURE!
  21. Let me make it bigger this time. Maybe no one saw it before because the text was too small. "It fits 100% exactly, perfectly the same. Exactly. Guarenteed. 100%."
  22. "It is not a released product yet, so pricing and ETA has not been finalized. So please don't bombard me with emails and PMs. It will be released when it is ready. It will be very soon but I am not going to commit to dates, period. As far as price all I can say is that it will be VERY competitively priced. Very."
