I know some people have had streaking issues with the kiwi shoe polish but if you are careful and follow the directions on the forum they are specific enough for you to prevent that from happening...Take some before and after pictures and good luck :tup:

I was scraping it all the time when the whole lip was there...after trimming it as seen in the pictures there is rarely scrapage...as for painting it, you have seen my car before, its two tone, part kevins color, part flat black, half of the bumper is flat black if you look closely so I plan on painting the lip/splitter to match the bumper ... pics with a real digi cam will come after I finish sanding and painting... Are you coming to either the York meet or VA meet Rob?

those crazy swedes have anything retrofitted to their bumpers...i can promise you that 99% of those bumpers are not direct bolt on...however, if you already knew that then you should find a bumper that you like, whether it be from an s40 or an m3 and have it fitted at a shop that specializes in stuff like that...good luck.

a little flexible, I was able to bend it to make the shape of the bumper but it is still a solid piece of plastic. I am sure the paint will hold up just fine, especially if I ad a flex (cant remember the word) to the paint or just buy paint with that, it is made especially for plastics. It looks cool!! plus, now i wont have to clean off as much shit from the rear bumper :)

trust me its much lower than it looks...i scrape it everywhere, just wait till its finished and i get some better pictures...its a moulding that is used for doors, like it goes under them...the name is escaping me right now...

Rear Mudflaps courtesy of emerysmith and the lip/front flaps i was working on...done but unpainted/unsanded...sort of a teaser.. More pics to follow...or maybe ill just wait till the meet on the 23rd.
