I have a favor to ask you guys. I need a person with an 850 housing and a S/V/70 housing to do a write up of the installation of their HIDs and to include pictures. Anyone willing and able to do this? Maybe there will be a discount to do such a thing? John If anyone wants help with the installation let me know.

When I installed my stylin hoses the boost was a lot smoother and seemed to be held higher for longer. They are holding up well too.

Every time I change my bulbs I have had to remove the headlight assembly. This is 3 10mm bolts and I just use a wrench to loosen them and then unscrew them with my fingers. Easier to take out the corner lights too to access one bolt. This shows the clips situation: Clip not fitting: Second view of clip not fitting: Both clips before I bent one: Clip after I bent it: Clip fitting properly on other side of bulb: I emailed the supplier and they said this is the first problem he has ever had with this bulb and car. He is unable to change the design at this time but bending the clip with two pairs of pliers is an easy job. Sorry for the inconvenience guys.

My slotted rotors keep the dust down tremendously. The pads are Mintex I think too.

NEW INFO: The H7 bulbs by Apexcone will require bending the metal clip on one side that holds the bulb in. This is a mod to the clip on the housing. I had to do this to my clips and they are very much secure. This does not affect the functionality of the bulbs or the kit itself.

Call a junk yard. These should be cheap turbos.

It may be lower. When I lived near there I just went in. Think I paid $120 for mine and obviously no shipping.

Pretty sure you have 280mm fronts. Not sure on rear (standard 98 AWD size). Check against the size of your wheel. If you are running 16s with 280s you will have a big gap. If 302s you will have almost no gap.

The HIDs that come on new cars are most likely Phillips or at least have Phillips bulbs and ballasts and the colour they run are almost always 4300K-4500K. What makes them look purple is either the projector or the actualy reflector they are using. All cars that come with HIDs have a housing and reflector style to support HIDs and utilize them to the fullest - our cars were never designed for HIDs so they will not be as efficient unless we upgrade our hole housing etc... I recommend at least getting E-Code lenses when you install HIDs

I am running 252awhp through mine and still going. Not sure how long for. The tranny is slamming gears and could be angle gear related. I beat the hell out of my car though sometimes and seems fine. It is leaking out of two seals right now but I keep it topped off until the funds allow me to either replace it (preferable) or fix the seals.

There isn't any harm in upgrading your exhaust. Better flow is good for gas mileage and can take wear away from the turbo. Consider a K&N or something also.
