Reserrection of the turbo?? I drove a 2008 S80 T6 today, it had 6 miles on it.

Yeah I wasn't aware that the turbo went anywhere!

I like the headlights minus the eyebrows.

Ya know... I actually like the headlights too. They look dumb with the regular corners though - need some matching clear corners. The only thing I think looks retarded is the huge wing... oh and the exhaust tip is pretty gangsta too. Like someone else said... its not the worst I've seen. The wheels are aight.

Man it definitely sounds like you've got a big boost leak. Did you take a look at the turbo lines... it doesn't take a mechanic to see a hole in a hose. Just stick you're head under the hood and take a look for anything out of the ordinary.

:edit: 17 psi will not bend rods, but it will certainly blow up stock hoses.

I'll start off by saying that I consider myself very conservative. I am strongly opposed to homosexuality... this belief probably comes from my Christian background. The church's opposition to homosexuality is not something that they just came up with out of the blue... it is firmly based in scripture, but I don't want to get into a religious debate here. I don't hate people who are homosexual... I don't even dislike most of them. It is the fact that they are homosexual that I dislike. I know many gay guys... some I find annoying, but most are awesome people. I find it disgusting when a guy hits on me, but I'm not gonna kick his jerk because of it.

As for the original email that was posted... I agree with this guy that our society is going way too far in trying to make homosexuality seem okay. I will not email cbs about it, because I also agree with the viewpoint that if you don't like it, don't watch it. I've never even heard of this company before, but if they sell quality products, I woulnd't even think of not ordering from them because of the owner's personal opinions. It took alot of courage for him to voice his opinion like that. It wasn't completely necessary, but it doesn't mean that his company sells anti-gay lawn fertilizer. I say give him a break... he's not trying to force you to agree with him. Thats my $.02

Thats my next step hopefully, but I've got inspection soon, so I have to save the funds for now. The more I think about it, I think I'll leave the wipers too... its like a classic volvo thing. I'll just disconnect them.

just a little bit in the corners when I wash the car... I guess because the hose water is so cold. It went away quickly though.

Be sure you hooked the corners into your fenders!

I know... lots of people have been doing it lately. I'm really happy with how it turned out though. I think jewels are pretty much as far as you can go around here without getting burned by someone. ;)

So I picked up some jewels and installed them the other week. I just finally got around to taking some pictures. Right at first, I had a little problem getting the one light to work, but no problems since then. I really like them. Anyway, here are the pictures (excuse my lack of digital camera skillz)...

Yup got it... low beams in the cup socket... to the outside. I even got the wiring right on the first try (lucky guess)! It's yellow for low and white for high. I'll go get some bulbs for the highs eventually... probably just regular. I should just be able to throw those in there without taking much apart. But yeah it looks awesome... I took some pictures that I'll put up later.

Alright folks I got myself some silverstar H1's, but only two. I guess I'll have to go without high beams for a little while. That brings me to my question... which wire in the jewels is the low beams? Is it the white or yellow one? I think I read this somewhere before, but I can't find it.

if they are H1, then go to http://www.danielsternlighting.com and order some of the Osram +50 bulbs (or equivlaent): more light output than U.S. Sylvania Silverstar bulbs and they are not too expensive either. Hands down the best & brightest H1 bulbs you can purchase without getting HIDs.

Yes I think that's what I'll do... so I guess I need four bulbs because highs and lows use the same ones. I can't figure out how the heck you order stuff on that site though... through email I guess?
