  1. Big HP isn't an issue. It's about torque. All TD04 turbines are "small", and will make high torque on low rpms. Although 16t will never reach 280HP (260HP max.). I had an hybrid turbo with Big16g compressor wheel, maxed at around 280HP.

  2. And if I buy 16t?I have red that is enough for 280HP.Were you on dyno with 16t?

    I would not like to take out the engine if is not must.And I live in UK,my car is in Hungary...If the 16T enough for 260-280HP it perfect to me.

  4. Because I'm using much bigger turbo, which produce most of the torque on high rpms. Big torque on low rpms bends rods. Your turbo choice is just perfect for stock rods destroying.

    But why need forged rods to me if you had much more power than I will have?

  6. I have 530HP and 610Nm on stock rods. So any forged H beam should be stronger and fine.

  10. Have just n/a cams. For 260-280 HP power level cams aren't "must have".

    With 19t turbo I recommend you changing rods to H beam.

    Have you changed the whole cylinder head to NA or just the cams?

    I would like to buy NA cams, maybe a complete head.I think you write NA engine's has a little bit bigger valves.That's why I wanna change the whole head.I have a '99 2.0T with B4204T engine.I would like to reach about 260-280HP with 16t or 19t.What do you think,should I change the rod for H beam...
