You'll only hear it if you let off the throttle while you are in boost.

You aren't going to hear it when your auto is shifting. Only when you let off the gas when you are in boost.

That is a BOV, but it appears to be a knock off HKS. Why do you want a BOV? Just for sound? You know your turbo already has a CBV, and I think they hardly go bad on a 13g.

They have the same limo at my dad's job (Volvo Of Princeton). I've taken it to a couple dances at my high school. Since the dances were on the weekend, we were able to use the limo for the whole weekend. Great ride. Only problem was, where the welds were in the roof, connecting the front of the car to the rear of the car, the paint was starting to crack. The dealership got it repaired, but they put a soft top roof on. Has seat heaters in the rear as well as ac, glass divider, and a covered divider. Great ride and very comfortable.
