Auburn T5
Excellent complilation! This thread seems to lack all the drama involved with that 20g install though hahah!out of curiosity... why the larger throttle body if the pipes all leading to the TB are smaller diameter? Seems that the larger TB inlet is useless without the appropriate diameter increase of the rest of the piping leading to it??

Seems that the larger TB inlet is useless without the appropriate diameter increase of the rest of the piping leading to it??I don't know the math/volume/flow, whatever - you would think it would cause a pressure drop, & delayed response and maybe it does on low-flow turbos- but, it feels very responsive with the 19T & 20g setup. I don't know if running 3" all the way from the turbo would make any difference - the outlet of these turbos is still only 2", so if there's gonna be a drop, it will occur in any event. lookforjoe
dont sell it...Believe me when I tell you I have absolutely no desire to part with it! Finding any other wagon that pulls the way this does, handles the way it does, just ain't happenin'. The bottom line is I love my wife, and want to stay married! Logic & rational thought do not enter into the equation! We'll see what happens after Carlisle...

lookforjoe
Hussein, you are THE MAN! This thread is great and it's so good that you took pictures all along the way. What are the latest dyno numbers? From Carlisle... 282WHP 317WTq - too lean to run over 17.5psi - Once I get TurboTuner (should be out in a couple of weeks!) & install my 625cc injectors, I'm assuming I will be able to run the 22-24psi that I want, and make some nice numbers!
