Slow, around 8 minute/mile. I do it to keep a good base for cycling. But I have a weird foot problem where certain distances/terrains will hurt my right foot.

I have to do it this early, I got home to get kids to school.

I have that same problem that any type of running makes my sides hurt :blink: :lol:

I like distance, I don't care about running fast, but I like running for at least a full hour, preferably 2-3 hours. Same thing with cycling, put me on the bike and don't expect to see me for 3-4 hours minimum. I'm not built for speed anyway.

Ugh I despise running I ran cross country in high school for endurance in hockey. Now I just weight lift no cardio :lol: and lately I haven't even had time for that 5 midterms since last friday to this Friday are kicking my ass luckily I just have one left : engineering materials and manufacturing processes

Unless you're a goalie, hockey should take care of that whole cardio thing for you!

I'm whatever you want coach laugh.gif, I've played goalie before (without a cup) blink.gif talk about never moving the blocker laugh.gif, Dave yes I guess im "tiny" ~6' 150-130 depending on the week laugh.gif, the more active i am the more i loose weight. I can go all day without eating and not be that hungry. I still haven't fully recovered from the other weekend. I'm eating about half what i usually do. I lift because its something proactive to do during study breaks instead of watch tv, drink beer, or get on vs laugh.gif.

Matt your right I get plenty of cardio from hockey but unfortunatley my endurance has tanked over the past 3 years. I'm still one of the faster players on the ice, but I can't double shift like i used to and second period feels like third to me now. I actually have tryouts tomorrow for a local team so depending on that I may actually start some cardio again. dry.gif

I fucking hate the random people in the library who are looking at shit on the computer and literally laughing out loud. Some black dude next to me is going all out. "Aw, 'dis guy horrible, he funny, ya'll gotta. LOL. Aw man"

Granted I just said I almost lol'd in the library, but I held it in for the sole purpose to not be that douche that annoys everyone else.

Ive been off the ice since the end of last summer... the longest in my lifetime. I'm dreading getting back into hockey cardiovascular shape.

Last time i was on was a few days before new years, and i'm going to tryout tomorrow blink.gif, I would have gotten a few skates in but I dont even have my gear here, maybe tomorrow i'll get a skate in before tryouts.
