I wish I could figure out an effective way to get it to my apartment easier/larger quantities. I'd drink 4L a day if it wasn't such a pain in the ass to buy and lug home that many. Already looked in to it Used fountains can be had for relatively cheap on ebay, but it's still a fair initial cost. Following that, you need to have a CO2 tank, hoses, etc. Right now this doesn't work well for someone renting an apartment. As soon as I own a home, I'll be looking in to it more seriously, and run hose through the counter top to keep a tank in a cabinent or in the basement. I have found eating once daily has been the most convenient way for me to change my body composition since my day is busy busy. I do drink lots of milk around my workouts though.
