Matty Moo
I have co-workers that are deployed. They have internet access, stay in touch and take care of their business. None of them were snatched up and deployed immediately. IF you're doing something where money/goods are involved, you take care of that. Damn near every phone out at this time does email, and even bums can go to the library and use the internet. PM's take 30 seconds to respond to, same with email. It's sad when people make excuses for somebody not doing the right thing. I hope everybody gets their things squared away in time, and don't let the anger consume you. I get insanely pissed off whether it's $5 or $500. Edited July 6, 2010 by Matty Moo
Naughty33W
we have confirmed that he isn't deployed - and the odds of something serious happening in his life and him not notifying his command is slim - and he hasnt

TxS70
From what I've seen since I joined, if someone on VS screws people over, we do what we can to bring it right back to them. Karma is a bitch. Good luck guys.

Karma is a bitch. Good luck guys. That's right. I believe in Karma, but I don't like to wait and hope it'll come around. So, I say "make your own karma". And as a cynic, it makes me really happy to see people like Giraff3 help everyone out. 1
GiRaff3
Unless someone from his unit (the UA or CO) contacts me, I do not know how much more I can do. I would LIKE to see him take care of everyone, keep himself out of trouble, and end the madness!
GiRaff3
UPDATE! His unit commander just called me! I left my number on Tuesday. He is genuinly concerned and wants to try and keep Sean out of trouble. I told him everything I knew: how much he owed, a lawyer being contacted, not responding to those he owed money/parts to. This weekend is the unit battle assembly, so he is going to be spoken with, he will share his side of the story. I exchanged e-mails with his commander and we are going to keep in touch as the process goes along. The ultimate goal is for EVERYONE to get what is due to them and Sean gets his pee-pee slapped while learning a valuable life lesson. Regardless of how messed up this all has been, I would like to see him get squared away and not torn apart. For those people who Sean owes something, please post in this thread so I can use the information when the time is right: http://volvospeed.com/vs_forum/index.php/topic/135732-who-does-l8-a-p-e-k-s-owe/ 1

It is genuinely appreciated. naughty33w, I just sent you an email with the information requested beneath. I hope this is just one HUGE misunderstanding, but as that I haven't heard from Sean in a month, it's time to assume that it's not. everyone who has a complaint needs to email me and GiRaff3 the following info for his command - i'm just running backup for GiRaff3 incase he gets really busy of needs me to send info for him - he's taking the lead 1) contact info ; including your full name , email , and phone number 2) receipts of transactions with Apeks ; paypal or whatever you have 3) correspondence ; start to finish - the transaction details and expectations of both sides needs to be as clear as possible do not doctor anything - i suggest using "print screen" my email is naughty33w@hotmail.com GiRaff3 , plz post the email account you'd like them to send stuff to
