I've only had to use the microadjust on my D300. nope.. for me it doesn't work in B&W. I'm on the fence as to which I like better, definitely works in either, IMO. Yeah, I was too. Since it was a sunrise I decided to upload the color one first. Usually I can decide pretty easily which one I like but this one was tougher. You are right though, a bit of fill flash would have worked well. I should have tried taking the sb600 out. Didn't cross my mind.
